Unfortunately, under the terms of our Samsung partnership, we cannot perform an in-warranty repair on devices that have any signs of damage. [Point out the damage you noticed]. This does not mean that you are completely ineligible for an in-warranty repair, only that it would need to go through 1-800-SAMSUNG for a mail-in repair to determine its eligibility. Samsung reviews the in-warranty parts for these repairs, so we could lose the right to do any Samsung repairs, unless we're extremely strict on this. I wish it wasn't like this, but we've already had several incidents this year where we were a little too loose with these guidelines, so there are no longer any exceptions.

We own these parts. Make sure if a part needs ordered that the repair will be successful. Do thorough IQC, and avoid "throwing parts" at these devices.
