Diag. App Touch Test: If touch test pixels are too small to complete the test within the time frame, go to Settings -> Display -> Display size and text. Note, this should be done before starting the Diag App or you'll likely have to restart the app.
Pixel Repair Mode: Factory resetting IW Pixel devices is no longer required.
To access repair mode, go to: Settings > System Settings > Repair Mode > Follow prompts > Reboot device.
You must be in Repair Mode to run the Google Diag. App.
Workflow: All Google repairs must go into "Diag in Progress" before RMA creation. Customer email field is required. If you don't have the customer's email you can use: customerfirst.customerlast@decline.com.
