FRP Unlock Requirements

FRP unlocks must have Proof of Purchase or Proof of Activation uploaded to Portal WO and a GSPN ticket created. Submit this Help Desk ticket. Note: The full IMEI must be present! Often ATT only gives the partial IMEI, and this will be denied.

FRP Unlock E3001 Error

The IMEI of the device does not match the IMEI on the WO/GSPN ticket. You will not be able to FRP unlock the device unless you have the correct IMEI number.

  • Asurion / Samsung international This cannot be done. Asurion made a mistake by allowing this claim to go through, and the customer will need to reach back out to Asurion.
  • [GCIC] There is no valid open claim. This is a Servify error, and is a backend Servify/Samsung Care issue. We cannot create IW or OOW GSPN tickets for these customers, so we must refer them directly to Servify.
  • GD Tool Common Issues
  • UB on IW. Samsung will not allow UB Frames + UB Display to replace a defective UB display, so do not attempt a UB only replacement on an IW repair.
  • Wearables (Galaxy Buds & Galaxy Watch) Redirect customer to Samsung. We do not work on these.
