It is recommended to set up "Rules" within Outlook to forward the bare minimum high priority emails to their own @ubreakifix.com email address. This list includes emails with the following subject lines:

  • Upcoming Chargebacks
  • Upcoming Consignment Charges

Stores should be actively using a check-in template to avoid confusion and ensure that all required information is included in the initial check-in notes.
