Store Responsibilities
Managers: Managerial functions should be split between the Store Manager and Assistant Manager as they see fit. The updated form below should help ensure your store has the full range of responsibilities covered.
Technicians: Non-probationary store staff should be aware of how to complete the essential daily tasks. While the initial Portal trainings cover a large majority of these, core aspects can be missed if everyone is not following the same procedure(s).

I highly recommend implementing some checklists or method to ensure every store staff member is aware of what the expectations are. Micromanaging should not be necessary, as all basic functions should be clearly outlined. Below are some forms you may wish to implement in order to ensure that your staff is operating as a team. They can be routinely printed or laminated, but its advised that hard copies are easily found at your location.
